We accept PayPal and any major credit cards. Payment must be received before products will be made and shipped. Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible once payment has been received.
Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept any products once they have been used. If a product is returned because of a shipping issue due to an incorrect address we will either refund the cost minus the shipping incurred by ourselves or reship the item once we have received the updated address and have gotten payment for new shipping. Unfortunately since we are not in control of the address given during shipping, it is crucial that the buyer double check it is the correct address.
We ship solely through USPS. We try our best to ensure the safe shipping of your product to your home while minimizing on shipping costs. All items are in whole, perfect condition when they leave our store. If they do not arrive that way to you, please send us pictures of the damage so we can file a claim with USPS and we can get things resolved quickly. If for whatever reason, you need your order quicker than 2-7 days after shipment, please contact us to include a shipping upgrade so you can receive your items in the timeframe you so choose.
